The U.S. SailGP Team has exercised the team option for Strategist Andrew Campbell to return for the 2026 Season.
Campbell re-joined the U.S. SailGP Team ahead of the 2025 Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in Portsmouth, making an immediate impact both on and off the water. He had previously been part of the Crew during Seasons 2 and 3 of SailGP.
“We have a great opportunity in front of us with a clean leaderboard. There are plenty of lessons to carry forward from last season and as many to learn again this season. U.S. SailGP Team fans deserve a great season ahead – and we’re going to do everything in our power to bring it to them,” said Andrew.
Andrew previously raced at the 2017, 2021 and 2024 editions of the America’s Cup. He competed in the Laser class at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, having won PanAm Games gold in Rio in 2007.
