The U.S. SailGP Team finished Day 1 of the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix in P2 in Group B – well placed to reach Sunday’s Final.

Taylor Canfield and co. shot out of the blocks in Race B1, winning over a strong Artemis team to start with maximum points.

A pair of P3 finishes rounded out a strong showing on the Solent for the Crew, who sit two points back from group leaders Artemis overnight.
