NEW YORK, NY - July 31, 2025 - Next 3, the strategic investment platform founded by Carolyn Tisch Blodgett and backed by the New York Giants co-owners Laurie, Jon and Steve Tisch, has announced a strategic investment in the United States SailGP Team, marking the firm’s first entry into an international-based league and further expanding its portfolio of high-growth sports properties.
SailGP is currently broadcasted in over 212 territories with rapidly expanding viewership, and is entering a new phase of commercial growth, including a 20% increase in U.S. viewership, new host cities, and a rapidly expanding global fan base. The league also recently announced major sponsorships, a growing slate of digital content, and additional broadcast partnerships that are helping drive viewership year-over-year.
This investment in the U.S. SailGP Team is an example of Next 3’s unified approach in building scalable, next-generation sports properties, joining iconic sports properties in Next 3’s portfolio such as the New York Giants and Gotham FC,as well as emerging properties such as TMRW Sports, Los Angeles Golf Club,and LOVB.
