Race Team Operations Manager
Hannah Maclean is the Race Team Operations Manager for the U.S. SailGP Team, leading the planning, coordination, and execution of race operations to support the team across the SailGP Championship. Previously, Hannah spent seven years at Rangers Football Club as Head of First Team Operations, where she was responsible for all operational and logistical aspects of the First Team competing in the Scottish Premiership and UEFA Champions League. Hannah brings extensive experience in sports operations and project management, with a strong track record supporting elite athletes, teams, and major events. Based in the UK, she brings a global perspective shaped by living in Gabon, Tunisia, Thailand, and Malaysia, alongside extensive international travel.
