Stick with us for all the reaction 🗣️
A great finish for the U.S. SailGP Team with a P1 in Race 6 to finish in 7th place overall at the ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix.
Congratulations go to the BONDS Flying Roos who rather enjoy racing in Auckland – that’s two wins from as many events here.
Finally, our best wishes for full and speedy recoveries go out to Black Foils grinder Louis Sinclair and DS Team France strategist Manon Audinet, both injured in Saturday’s nasty collision.
Stick with us for all the reaction here and across our social channels.

They've done it again! 🥇
Last year’s ITM New Zealand Sail Grand Prix winners have done it again: The BONDS Flying Roos make it 2/2 and cross the line 1st.
Emirates GBR takes 2nd. Los Gallos 3rd.
02/14/2026
Almost there...
One leg to go for Australia to stick it and claim the win…
02/14/2026
Roos move into the lead! 🥇
The weather is coming in and Australia takes over in P1. It’s fast, frenetic and it’s going to the wire.
02/14/2026
We're off in the Final! 🏁
Spain out in front at the moment but we’ve got three strong teams here and the lead keeps changing hands!
02/14/2026
VICTORY FOR THE U.S. SAILGP TEAM! 🥇
What a race from Taylor Canfield and co. as we take P1! A brilliant start, in control at M1 and executed brilliantly from there.
02/14/2026
U.S. SailGP Team extends lead 💪
The Crew are about 200m clear of Spain and the rest of the fleet. One gate to go…
02/14/2026
Heading to Gate 4 ⏳
Nice work from the Crew going through Gate 4 but Los Gallos are in hot pursuit and need to secure their place in the Final.
02/14/2026
Close! 👀
The U.S. SailGP Team and Los Gallos refused to give an inch at Gate 3! Taylor Canfield holds his nerve and we’re now back into P1 in Leg 4/6.
02/14/2026
Artemis moves into 1st ⬆️

We’re down to five boats with technical issues ruling the Danes out of the day’s final fleet race.
02/14/2026
Race 6: Here. We. Go! 💪
The final fleet race of Super Sunday is underway and it’s a big shoot-out between Artemis and Los Gallos for the last place in the Final.

Another race win for Emirates GBR 🥇
Dylan Fletcher’s crew are 2/2 on Super Sunday, Germany across in 2nd and Canada will secure P3.
02/14/2026
Brits back in control 🇬🇧
The Brits briefly lost control of P1 there as their speed dropped at the penultimate gate but they’re back in front now.
02/14/2026
We spoke too soon! 😆
Dylan Fletcher and Emirates GBR are now way out in front here and control the course. Germany Deutsche Bank in P2 and Red Bull Italy in P3.
02/14/2026
Tight at the top! 🙌
Emirates GBR has Red Bull Italy and NorthStar Canada for company. They are not going to have it all their own way in their final fleet race of the day!
02/14/2026
Race 5: And we're off!
Nice start from Emirates GBR and they lead at M1! Germany Deutsche Bank just behind.
02/14/2026
Victory for the BONDS Flying Roos! 🥇
Absolutely no surprise there. Tom Slingsby’s crew were out in front for most of those eight legs. Job done!
Artemis comes home in P2 sand the U.S. SailGP Team will take P3 after an overtake on Leg 7.
02/14/2026
Lots to play for in Leg 7 🔥
Artemis looks to have P2 sewn up. It’s a battle between ROCKWOOL and the U.S. SailGP Team for P3 though…
02/14/2026
Australia way out in front 👏
The BONDS Flying Roos are in complete control here. They are surely going to pick up five points here to enhance their chances of reaching today’s Final.
02/14/2026
Switzerland has an issue 😟
Swiss fall down off the foils, looks like an error, and it will prove costly.
02/14/2026
Penalty finally dispelled 💪
It’s so windy out there it’s hard to slow down. But the penalty is finally cleared and the U.S. SailGP Team quickly moves back into 3rd.
02/14/2026
Aussies come steaming through 🇦🇺
Tom Slingsby with the slingshot, flying through the pack to Gate 2 to take over in P1. Indifferent start? No issue for the Roos!
02/14/2026
Penalty USA ❌
It looked as thought we’d got round ROCKWOOL Denmark but through comes the Umpire’s call and we’ve got to go behind the Danes.
02/14/2026
Race 4: We're underway! 🔊
This stacked group does not disappoint!
Seb Schneiter and Switzerland nail it. ROCKWOOL Denmark well placed in race to M1 with U.S. SailGP Team in attendance.

02/14/2026
GBR re-takes the lead ⬆️
Canada lost speed on Leg 5/8 and Emirates GBR hauled them in to take over at the front of the pack.
02/14/2026
Canada tops a ton! 💯
It’s wild and windy out there and NorthStar Canada hit 100 km/hr briefly as a result! They lead right now.
02/14/2026
Trio out in front 👀
GBR, Germany and Canada continually trading the lead here. Italy and Brazil further back.
02/14/2026
And we're off! 🏁

No Mac for this one ❌
Remember, grinder Mac Agnese misses this one but it’s for a happy reason – his wife, Graceann, gave birth to their beautiful daughter Marbella earlier this week.
A new member of the Crew, we couldn’t be happier for both of them. We’ll miss Mac but we’re sending all our love to all three as they start their new adventure together.

Welcome! 👋
Welcome to our ITM Auckland Sail Gran Prix Live Blog.
Depending on where you’re joining us from, it’s already the weekend – or perhaps it’s still Friday night and you’re looking forward to getting your weekend start with some high-speed foiling.
We should be guaranteed speed in Auckland this weekend with conditions windy. Official Practice Racing on Friday did not take place as a result, while Sunday’s racing has been brought forward for safety reasons.
For the first time this season, we’ll have all 13 F50s on the start line in just over an hour’s time. It’s going to be fast and frenetic!
Auckland’s fast and furious conditions make for challenging sailing at the New Zealand Sail Grand Prix — one of 2026’s most testing courses.
But the city’s attractions away from the race are far more relaxing in nature, with countless beaches and islands for visitors to enjoy.
Nature lovers will appreciate a volcano hike on Rangitoto Island, while Auckland’s fantastic night markets may be more appealing to fans of first-class street food.
And if you can’t get enough of the water, why not take a ferry to Devonport and admire the eclectic mix of boats around the harbor.
