Mac Agnese started sailing at the age of five in his father's hometown of Villa Constitucion in Argentina. In the youth ranks, he was a two time medalist at the Youth World Championships and went on to campaign in the 49er class for the 2020 and 2024 Olympics. He was also a sailor on the US challenger for the 36th America's Cup. A two time world champion, Mac has made appearances in every season of SailGP and has won two sail grand prix with the team.
