Michael Menninger is one of the most accomplished and respected sailors in the U.S. A world champion in team racing, match racing, and the Etchells class, he has a proven track record across a range of elite sailing disciplines. Most recently, Menninger served as starting trimmer and flight controller with American Magic in the America’s Cup, helping the team win the Preliminary Regatta in Vilanova, Spain. He has also held key tactician and strategist roles on TP52s and Maxi 72s, with extensive success across top-tier one-design racing.
